We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most electronic items unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

 

2. Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in original condition with no physical damage

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

  • Show proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • Have no signs of misuse, modification, or improper installation

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain electronics may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or license keys

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Items missing original parts or accessories (if not due to seller error)

 

4. Defective or Damaged Items (DOA Policy)

 

If your electronic item arrives defective, damaged, or not working (Dead on Arrival):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order details and photo/video evidence (if requested)

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to the customer

 

5. Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support for authorization

  2. Receive return instructions and shipping details

  3. Ship the item back securely using original packaging when possible

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

6. Refunds

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 

7. Restocking Fee (If Applicable)

 

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for:

  • Opened but non-defective electronics

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items showing signs of use or handling damage

 

8. Warranty Coverage

 

Some electronic products may include a manufacturer warranty. In such cases, customers may be directed to the manufacturer for extended repair or replacement support after the return window.

 

9. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If a refund has not been received:

  • Allow additional processing time
